All installation services are subject to a separate service agreement and, where applicable, scheduling terms provided at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.

4. Communications Consent

By submitting your information through the Site, you consent to be contacted by Unlimited Window Films via phone call, text message, and email regarding your estimate, appointment, and service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply to text communications.

5. Intellectual Property

After you reply STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and will not send you any further text messages unless you opt back in. 12. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Unlimited Window Films, LLC is not responsible for delays or failures in the delivery of text messages that are caused by your wireless carrier, network congestion, your device, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control. Delivery of SMS messages is not guaranteed, and message timing may vary based on factors related to your mobile carrier and device.

13. Age Restriction

The Site and our services are intended for use only by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, or submitting your phone number or other information to us, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
